Office of Consortial Academic Collaboration and The Claremont Faculty Leadership Program (CFLP)
The Office of Consortial Academic Collaboration works to develop and maintain effective, efficient, sustainable, and enduring cross-campus academic collaborations among The Claremont Colleges. The Claremont Faculty Leadership Program (CFLP) is sponsored by the 7C Academic Deans Committee (ADC), supported by the Office of Consortial Academic Collaboration (OCAC), and organized by Campus Liaisons at each of the 7Cs. The CFLP Inaugural Conferencesamples some of the sessions held.
Claremont College Professional Development Network (PDN)
The Claremont Colleges Mentoring Program creates a framework to implement a holistic, multi-dimensional-based mentoring program that fosters a culture that cultivates and celebrates mentoring relationships across our community. The mentoring and collaborative program will contribute to the colleges’ commitment to racial equity, inclusion, and retention and will utilize the resources of our 7 colleges.
National Center for Faculty Development and Diversity
The National Center for Faculty Development and Diversity (NCFDD provides on-demand access to the mentoring, tools, and support needed to be successful in the Academy. We focus on four key areas that help achieve extraordinary writing and research productivity while maintaining a full and healthy life off campus: strategic planning, explosive productivity, healthy relationships, and work-life balance.
The Claremont Colleges Library Instruction
The Claremont Colleges Library demonstrates its commitment to empowering confident, critical, and creative information users and producers through the promotion of information literacy – the ability to locate, evaluate, use, and produce information effectively by working in partnership with teaching faculty, departments, and programs in all seven Claremont Colleges.
The HIVE helps students increase their creative capacity and practice collaboration across differences. Partnering with faculty, the Hive provides learning experiences that move students through ambiguous real-world challenges toward creative solutions. The Hive provides a space to experiment and play and fosters collaboration by bringing people with diverse backgrounds and perspectives together.
